1031 Exchanges
Internal Revenue Code (IRC) Section 1031 provides a vehicle for deferring capital gain taxes while disposing of investment property. We will work with the 1031 accommodator of your choice and ensure a smooth, timely closing.

Escrow Closing Services
Putting a closing together requires flawless execution of communication, preparation, and experience in order to make the closing go smoothly.  Our experienced escrow personnel, many of which have both title and escrow licenses, have the expertise to facilitate even the most complex of transactions.
